misery
i died today
my mom, she oppresses me
everything i do is never enough for her
she lashed out at me without asking
slowly.. i came to realize that my home is just a place where i sleep

“Albertine”
I will tell the world, I will tell them where I’ve been
I will keep my word
I will tell them Albertine
So, in 2005 Brooke Fraser visited Tanzania & she met a young girl called “Albertine” from Rwanda (Rwanda has been the scene of protracted and vicious racial wars for most of the last 20 years). Well.. i believe Albertine became Brooke’s biggest inspiration. She’s a great musician, i super love her.
